We develop and manufacture plastic modul carriers and multifunctional brackets for front-end assemblies using a fully integrated, fully automated process.
Our range of services includes complete full concept and component development as well as tool design—including various simulations— entire tool design, and subsequent tool manufacturing. This is followed by the optimization of the tools and components with comprehensive quality assurance to ensure production readiness. The components are tested and approved as part of component and system validation for the vehicle homologation.
Subsequent production takes place in a fully automated production cell that integrates component loading, the injection molding process, post-molding assembly, and packaging.
On this basis, we ensure cost-optimized and stable series production.
In the front-end module, the modul carrier carrier serves as a key element to which additional components such as headlights, the cooling package, the bumper trim, and other assemblies are mounted.
