Creglingen. At its meeting on September 30, 2026, the Supervisory Board of Wirthwein SE approved the early contract extension for Dr. Ralf Zander and Holm Riepenhausen. With this decision, the company is prioritizing continuity and stability during what remains a challenging period. Marcus Wirthwein, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, commends the successful work of the Executive Board members.
Dr. Ralf Zander has served as Chief Financial Officer since July 1, 2020, and has also served as Chairman of the Executive Board since May 1, 2024.
Holm Riepenhausen has served as Chief Technology Officer since January 1, 2021.
Thomas Kraus has rounded out the three-member Executive Board as Chief Sales Officer since January 1, 2022; his contract extension is scheduled for a later date.
